Paradigmatic
(requires Mac OS X 10.4 or greater)

Paradigmatic is a paradigm/grammar tool for learning Biblical Hebrew and New Testament (Koine) Greek verb forms. Any student of these Biblical languages should find this program useful. I’m assuming a certain level of knowledge of Greek and/or Hebrew – it won’t teach you fundamental grammar or syntax – but it will help you drill in and learn what you already know.
More info about the program, a FAQ, and a current download can be found at the Paradigmatic site.

Functionality now includes a full set of Greek paradigm data, in addition to the Hebrew tables. This includes the ability to view a given paradigm, edit paradigm entries (and add/remove whole paradigms), and a parsing tool to test recognition. Additional tables relating to noun declension, pronominal suffixes, and verb patterns are also available.
The Hebrew paradigm data available in the program includes the following:
- Strong Paradigms

- I-Aleph, I-Guttural
- I-Nun
- I-Waw, I-Yodh
- II-Guttural
- III-Aleph, III-Guttural
- III-He
- Hollow Verbs, including polel/polal/hithpolel
- Geminates
- ‘Special’ roots: ??? and ???
The Greek paradigm data available includes:
- Strong Paradigm (???)
- Contract verbs (?-, ?-, ?-contract)
- Principal parts of irregular verbs
- -?? verbs
Note that Paradigmatic is a universal Binary.
